We will respond within 48 business hours. Please read Forever Beauty return policies below prior to submitting a request for return. In additional to manufacturer’s return policy itself, following are general return policy which apply to all brands
- Forever Beauty abides by the return policy of each manufacturer itself. For example: If the brand you are purchasing does not accept returns, Forever Beauty cannot accept the return either.
Please review return policy of each manufacturing below before place the order.

- All return products must be done within 14days of purchases
- Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response with further instructions on how to move forward with your return
- For cancellations please call us immediately. We will try our best to cancel your order; Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel, if your order already completed by the shipping department.
- Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received your returned items in our facility
- Customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for return in order to return
- Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges
- If there is a manufacturing issue and/or packaging and product problem, please contact our customer service for the next steps.
Returned free shipping orders
If an item was ordered under “Free Shipping” and is later returned for a refund due to;
- Not being picked up from a post office or your shipping address
- Or incorrect shipping details due to customer error
- The original shipping charge will be deducted from the amount refunded to your debit/credit card/Paypal.

Order Processing Time:
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless your item is out of stock. If there is a delay of more than 3-4 days, we will contact you to inform your order status.
- For Wholesaler and distribution buyer, all orders, which have been processed, are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Sales Tax:Sales tax will be applied to any orders from Customers residing in or ship to California address, unless you have Retail-sales tax ID
Forms of Payment:
We are using Paypal method to secure your credit card information.
- It will be $35 fee on all returned checks
- International Orders:All Foreign orders must be prepaid. There is no COD service to foreign countries. You are responsible for all Duties and taxes in from customs. There is a 6% bank fee on all foreign orders placed with a credit card
- Email us the trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Sorry, We are unable to responsible for your package lost as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Forever Beauty Return policy
- Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery to customer for exchange or credit.
- Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
- Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit.
- Forever Beauty will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
- Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction.
- All sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return.
- E-gift Certificates are not eligible for return or refund.
Addicted Beauty return policy
- All sales on full price and discounted merchandise are non-refundable.
Skin Script Return Policy
- Within 14 days of original purchase. It is returnable for credit or exchange for another product – NO Refund
- We must be advised of dissatisfaction of a product within 14 days of original purchase.
- The actual product must be returned to in Forever Beauty’s office within 30 days of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.
- Returned products must be at least 60% full.
- Customer will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.
- We will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
M’lis Return Policy
- 14-day replacement OR credit guarantee on all products.
- Herbs may be returned beyond the 14 days with a 35% restocking fee.
- Creams and lotions cannot be returned after 14 days.
- All product must be returned to us unopened in re-sellable condition. The seal must not be broken and the container or packaging must not have physical or visible damage.
- When returning product, customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges incurred.
- If products require replacement for any reason, customer must return the unused portion of the product to us with a letter explaining the circumstances before the product can be replaced.
- M’lis does not issue credit towards different products on replacement returns. The same product and size of product being returned will be replaced.
MBK Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and RMA within 14days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping errors
Should we make an error with your order sending you an incorrect product, you of course may return the item. We will rectify the error in a timely manner and reimburse you for any shipping expense. Please contact us to discuss the details prior to returning any item.
Changed your mind?
Any unused, unopened product may be returned for;
- A full refund
- An exchange.
Return claims must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date and you must submit a return request for a return authorization.
When returning an item please do so with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please also ensure you get proof of delivery, either by receipt or a tracking reference and RMA
Exchanges
We will be happy to authorize a return for an exchange on any unopened product. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the cost to ship an exchange.
Back Orders
If a product you have ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping, we will automatically back order it and deliver it at no additional shipping cost when it becomes available.
Cancelled Orders
Any order cancelled by the customer prior to processing will be deleted from our system without any charge. Should an order be cancelled by the customer after it has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel at their expense or refusing delivery. Orders are refunded within 14 days.
Returned free shipping orders
If an item was ordered under “Free Shipping” and is later returned for a refund due to;

- All returns made within the 10-day cooling off period receive a full refund.
- All returned items must be sent at the customer’s expense.
- If we have authorized a return, please ship the item back to us within 20 days of having received the authorization.
- Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or email confirmation and RMA#
- Give us a short description of the situation on the invoice and be sure that a daytime phone number is included so we can contact you if necessary.
- Please pack the item in a manner which will ensure it arriving undamaged.
